| How to Return a Part |
Please fill out the form above to obtain an RA# to return your part(s). This includes: damaged items, defective parts,
mis-boxed items, did not need items, and did not fit items. For the fastest response, please make sure to describe the reason
for return in complete detail.

| Core Returns |
Please fill out the form above to obtain an RA# to return your core. All cores must have an authorization number. Once you
obtain a return authorization number return your core, your core will be forwarded to the manufacturer to be rebuilt for resale.
If the item can be rebuilt, you will be issued a full credit to the credit card used to purchase the original item. Please advise
if the card was canceled or stolen prior to returning your product to arrange for an alternate method of posting the credit.

| Exchange & Replacement Parts |
At the present time, we do not offer free replacement parts. If you would like to exchange a part, you will have to
reorder the correct part with the Sales Department 1-888-231-5292 or via the web. To return the incorrect part, please click
on the link above to obtain a return authorization number. The returned part(s) will be credited to the credit card used to
purchase the original item when the return is processed. Please advise if the card was canceled or stolen prior to returning
your product to arrange for an alternate method of posting the credit.

| Defective Items & Warranty Returns |
Most items are covered under a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty goes into effect on the date you
purchase your product. The warranty covers against manufacturer flaws and defects, it does not cover wear and tear items
such as brake pads. All defective items must be reordered via the web, or with the Sales
Department 1-888-231-5292, we do not automatically re-ship free replacement parts. Once you obtain a return authorization number
return your defective item, your defective item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for testing. If the item is determined to
be defective, you will be issued a full credit to the credit card used to purchase the original item. Please advise if the card
was canceled or stolen prior to returning your product to arrange for an alternate method of posting the credit.

| Return Shipping & Pre-Paid Shipping Labels |
| At the present time, we do not have pre-paid shipping labels. All freight must be pre-paid by the customer unless
return shipping reimbursement was PRE-authorized by the Returns Department. Return shipping will only be authorized if the
error was a direct result of our error. We reimburse US Post Office GROUND rates up to $15.00 MAXIMUM. We do not reimburse

We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.
